By accessing or using Infobrim, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You may use the platform only in accordance with these terms, your subscription plan, and applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain all rights to the data you connect to or upload into Infobrim. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.

We process customer data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate the rights of others or any law.

We aim for high availability and provide support according to your subscription tier. Scheduled maintenance and service levels are described in your order or service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infobrim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
